In 1976, I left an industrialized West Virginia suburb of Pittsburgh to get “Out of Dodge.” I moved to a mountainous area in north central W.Va. Notice; I used the state abbreviation and not the federal instrumentality abbreviation. It’s now three W.Va. Supreme Court cases and one Federal Arbitration Award later. However, that makes me no more than a speed bump. My life and my house are respectively a living and technological abode, ground zero. So much for getting “Out of Dodge.”
I’m just tenacious and love my Creator, Family, Friends, and God’s creation.
Things are happening quickly and there has never been a better time to get right with Jesus.

This website has been up since 2015 and documents a rule of law battle that began in West Virginia and eventually culminated in a not as yet enforced arbitration award against the Federal Government Corporation of which the States are simply defacto instrumentalities. The beauty learned in the battle is the opportunity for "we the people" to exercise our political power and duty to effect redress of grievances via "Private Law, known as law on the private side." Private Law is the awesome power of the legislature that has been used since the founding of this country, but only in a limited way. I don't believe that it is an accident that Private Law is not understood or even known by the vast majority of the populace.
Other than trying to educate and inform the public as to what is pressing such as the COVID JAB and the now looming End Times Warp Speed Agenda, attempting to get a critical mass of people to understand and effect private law for redress of grievances, is futile. The masses are currently unable to break free of political mind control. It is probably too late and it's God's judgment that is happening and about to happen in a really big way.
