Upside Down Rainbows In Randolph Co. 5/17/16
My Comments Below The Images

Many folks get incensed at the sight of an upside down flag.
The meaning of an upside down flag means that the nation is in distress!
My wife is still teaching at a little school (Pickens) in the mountains of West Virginia. When I say little, it is the smallest k-12 public school in the state (40 students) and in many ways a through back to the 50s. There are no locks on the lockers, no vending machines and in the 12 years that I taught there, I heard a curse word said in a recess basketball game and found graffiti in the restroom a total of once, for both! So, you can understand why my wife and I both transferred to the school and our four daughters graduated there. It was a blessing.
Attached are four images that were taken at the school yesterday. When my wife came home she relayed an upside down rainbow to me. I have seen lots of rainbows, sun dogs and other related natural phenomena. When she emailed me images that were taken at the school, I became even more impressed.
Many Christians know that GOD made a promise that a world-wide flood would not be repeated and a rainbow was a sign of HIS promise. Of course, those that disobey GOD have taken the rainbow to represent their perversions.
I question at this time of localized floods and a country and world that has turned, to a large extent, to the dark side... is the Lord is showing his displeasure to a stiff necked and unrepentant people?
We see the Christian persecution and the treatment of Thomas, a Christian, that will not deny Christ and his Christian convictions, that is occurring. Are these images in Randolph County a visual display of GOD's distress?
With no apologies, but many prayers,
Phillip
