U.S. Constitution & Daniel Webster by Federer: U.S. Constitution.pdf
Thomas David Deegan will be arraigned on terrorism Monday, January 25, 2016 at 9 A.M. because he fought to restore the Constitution. He will have a violation of home confinement hearing on Tuesday, January 26, 2016 at 10 A.M. Both hearings will be in Parkersburg, W.Va. Circuit Court with the 26th, the more pressing and important of the two. If he speaks in his own defense, they will declare him incompetent to defend himself and the corporate court forced attorney will decide and speak for him. Is not the soul of this nation dead? Thomas is in solitary confinement. At least 80% of his attempted phone calls fail to connect. Not all the documents that I send certified mail for his case file get there. He has requested but not received the evidence to be used against him and the list goes on and on. Despite having helped others in their battles against an illegitimate government, most have abandoned him. The above pdf file is from information by William Federer from his American Minute dealing with the U.S. Constitution and Daniel Webster.
Quote from Brave Heart - Mel Gibson
"Aye, fight and you may die. Run, and you'll live... at least a while. And dying in your beds, many years from now, would you be willin' to trade ALL the days, from this day to that, for one chance, just one chance, to come back here and tell our enemies that they may take our lives, but they'll never take... OUR FREEDOM!"
