The Natural Law as a Restraint Against Tyranny | Judge Andrew P. Napolitano
Dear Archbishop Lori,
I have been in contact with Monsignor Quirk, assistant to Bishop Brandsfield of Wheeling-Charleston Diocese, about an issue of extreme importance involving incarceration in what is clearly politically motivated. Thomas Deegan, Gene Stalnaker, and I took a case of dire importance to the West Virginia State Supreme Court of Appeals. Presently Thomas is in the North Central Regional Jail facing a hearing on December 11 which has political motivation written all over it.
I presented Monsignor Quirk with documents to provide a complete picture. For simplicity sake, I recently became aware of a 22 minute by Judge Napolitano that crystallizes the issue which we took to court. Most folks know there is something wrong, but they really can’t wrap their mind around it unless they are made aware of what Napolitano is communicating.
The plaintiffs just want admission and a reasonable course to get back to as lawful and righteous a government possible as intended by the founders of this country and outlined in Scripture.
Gene, I and Thomas want this more for our posterity and beyond that, God says we are our bother’s keepers. I have acted as middle-man but ask that a representative from the Church speak with Thomas directly. The three of us pledged our lives, fortunes, and sacred honor in this quest as we understood both the danger and the significance. I have come to the knowledge of convictions vs preferences and how convictions cannot be compromised.
I thank you for your time and present the video link for your attention.
In HIS service,
Phil Hudok

The Natural Law as a Restraint Against Tyranny | Judge Andrew P. Napolitano
Dear Monsignor Quirk,
I thank you for your attention. I know that the issue with Thomas Deegan is rather complicated and I apologize for any lack of clarity and if there has been any annoyance. However, the good Judge Napolitano has a message that addresses the issue and while many know there is something wrong, they really can’t wrap their mind around it unless they are made aware of what Napolitano is communicating.
Never, to my knowledge has anyone else crystallized the problem and taken it to the highest court where truth did out. The plaintiffs just want admission and a reasonable course to get back to as lawful and righteous a government possible as intended by the founders of this country and outlined in Scripture.
Gene, I and Thomas want this more for others than for ourselves. We all have children and in some cases grandchildren. Above and beyond that, God says we are our bother’s keepers.
I ask that you or a delegation from the Church speaks with Thomas directly. The three of us pledged our lives, fortunes, and sacred honor in this quest as we understood both the danger and the significance.
In HIS service,
Phil Hudok
