9:15- Show setting up video cameras and according to the ATF there were 3-4  cameras recording the front door but that every one of the video tapes vanished.

13:41- Immediately following raid the Dividians were charged with murder and conspiracy to commit murder.  The jury a year later found all the Dividians not guilty of both charges.

16:50 Evening of 28th 3 men not there during the raid try to get back in. 2 arrested and Michael Schroeder is killed. Micheal’s body is left for 3 days 300 yards from Mt. Carmel with 7 fatal gunshot wounds.
 
17:45 Michael Schroeder’s mother recounts “according to testimony, as the ATF agents were walking away with their prisoner, leaving Mike lay there like a piece of meat, an ATF agent stated that they heard to more gunshots.”
 
19:00 Dividians are told “Any visible movement in Mt. Carmel would be trigger gunfire.”
 
19:30 March 1, heavy military equipment is brought in.  Some adults surrender to ATF custody and 21 children are turned over to child protective services.

Because it was an opportunity for Floyd Clark and company to show that they were the FBI capable of handling the standoff and coming out wining in this kind of incident with military kind of tactics. 34:28  Texas ranger states that the BATF is violating the law and the situation is in a state of anarchy.
 
36:00  Steve Schneider to his sister outside the church.: “It’s the first time in the history of the United States that the government has used tanks against its own people.”
 
37:00 FBI Special Agent Jeff Jamar states Koresh’s plans to burn the church.
 
39:30 Koresh says he will write revelations about the seven seals. Then they would come out.
 
41:00 Day 51 Assault begins. “We are putting tear gas in the building, this is not an assault.” No dosage that would harm children. They are tear the building down and FBI Director Clarke had said they would not do anything provocative.
 
42:50 Official briefing by FBI for AG Reno, the assault plan called for demolition of the building accompanied by streams of automatic weapons fire into the building.

53:20 Four shell casings were found in a house where a sniper team lead by Lon Horiuchi was the leader. 7 months earlier Horiuchi Shot and killed Vicky Weaver in Idaho and had been charged by manslaughter but never tried.
 
56:00 Video and Flir Image Expert Dr. Edward Allard concludes a helicopter used automatic gunfire on a man leaving a building.
 
58:00 Autopsy of men outside the building showed the men died from gunfire and not the fire. Other autopsy information was ordered withheld from relatives.
 
1:00 FLIR expert Allard analyses footage at the rear of building from a plane and concludes multiple instances of men shooting automatic weapons fire from multiple sources. He says he stopped counting after 62 shots.

Combat applications Group is actually the name for Delta force. Delta force was approved by the Pentagon and over 10 Delta force members were forward deployed.
 
1:11 A CIA Senior Case Officer states that Delta Force personnel told him they were actually involved in gunfire.  US Army Special Forces Ret. States members of delta force B squadron told him they fired weapons at Mt. Carmel.
 
1:12 A Special Forces man states that 7 days earlier on Apr. 12, Koresh sneaks inside within 6 feet of Koresh and asks if he should take Koresh. He is told not to.
 
1:13 Texas ranger states that it was a violation of Posse Comitatis to assault the church with military.
 
1:15 Federal Fire Investigator, Paul Gray states in testimony, “I hope this body, somebody holds them accountable. Please, I’m pleading with you. Somebody out there in the Federal Government still screwed up bigtime.
 
 1:15 Based on the ATF’s arson investigation, accelerants were used at all points of origin of the fire.
 
1:17 Question is raised that if as the FBI says they knew the Dividians were going to start a fire if attacked then why did they attack and attack on the windiest day of the year.
 
1:18 FBI says no pyrotechnic devices were used but pyrotechnic canisters capable of starting fires were found at all points of origin of the fires.
 
1:19 Six years later the canisters were missing from the evidence locker, but other incendiaries were found that were never reported.
 
1:20 Pyrotechnic devices were mislabeled as silencers and were found at three points of fire origin.
 
1:21 FLIR evidence shows automatic fire directed at the only exit from the burning building Allard the FLIR expert states that “I cannot remember something more sickening than I had to do to witness this!”
 
1:22 Justice department report concluded that 15 people died of gunshot wounds at this location.
 
1:23 Former FBI Forensic Crime Scene Analyst with ID hidden says the majority of those who died of gunshots were clearly homicide victims not suicide victims.
 
1:23 The government did no ballistic tests on government weapons.
 
1:24 The FBI failed to refridgerate the two trailers with Dividian’s bodies making forensic investigation  impossible. The crime scene was declared a biohazard and all human remains were was bleached rendering them unusable for investigation.
 
1:25  The majority of the women and children went into a fireproof bunker showing that they weren’t suicidal and showed evidence of dying by a deadly explosion.
 
1:26 General Ben Partin, military explosive expert says that “what it tells me is that you had a demolition charge that went off on the roof.”  He testified of evidence of a high explosive on the church vault where the women and children had gone.
 
When a search for that portion of the bunker to test for residue of high explosives, that section could not be found. Only high order explosives could make the blast hole and other evidence.   FBI fire investigator says “the damage is consistent with a shape charge.”
 
Colonel Jack Frost, Ordinance Engineer USAF Ret. “Still photographs and video tapes of the bunker, it was apparent to me that this was caused by a shape charge. But what bothers me is who would have the audacity to use such a charge?
 
General Ben Partin continued  “What is very obvious that the effort that was demonstrated there assured there would be no survivors in the church records vault.”
 
Texas ranger, Cook, was having trouble working for the FBI and was given Vince Foster’s name as someone that he could contact in the Clinton administration for assistance.  
 
Vince Foster was appointed point man for the Waco affair and supposedly commits suicide 90 days later.
 
1:33 Kenneth Starr testifies that “the White House cited privilege in 1993 to prevent justice department and park police officials from reviewing documents in Vincent Foster’s office in the days after his tragic death.”
 
A Waco file in Mr. Foster’s office disappears and it turns out that there is testimony that files were removed by Maggie Williams as ordered by Hillary Clinton.
 
Various anonymous sources indicated that Combat Applications Group action in Waco was cleared by President Clinton. Only the president could authorize Delta Force.
 
Ramsey Clark AG for Carter Admin. States that “ I was AG when the freedom of information act was passed and the government hated the freedom of information act, they hated me for pressing for it. Because they don’t want to be questioned about what they do. They don’t want to have to explain what they do. And yet if you want to be a free society, if you want to have justice, if you want to avoid a police state, you better know what your government does and you better insist on a right to know what your government does.
 
After the jury cleared the survivors of all charges, the judge turned the jury’s verdict on its head and directed a guilty verdict and gave all but two of the  survivors the maximum sentence of 40 years in federal prison.
