This is shaping up to be a most important hearing and not just for Thomas. This case involves Christian convictions. For those that are unaware, Thomas, along with Gene and I were plaintiffs in a case about Corporate Government vs. Constitutional Government and more importantly Corporate Citizenship/Creation of Man vs. Real Man/Creation of God.
Gene and I previously had somewhat related experiences and a there was a case that was one won in the Supreme Court of Appeals in 2000.
A year ago in February, a "First Amendment Petition for Redress of Grievances and Breach of Contract" was taken to the West Virginia Legislature and ended up a complaint of the three of us in the West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals on May 22, 2015 as Case No. 15-0419. The events surrounding the current charge of violation of home confinement along with other Writs were incorporated but not satisfactorily addressed in the case.
Thomas was arrested in September for alleged threats of terrorism. The current hearing this Friday is for allegedly violating home confinement. Events have been covered in various interviews, newspapers, and on this website.
People are encouraged to attend this hearing. There are reimbursements for travel expenses available. Contact me at hudok@hudok.com or call me at 304-940-9646.
Questions to ponder - Who will watch the watchers? If not us, then who? If not now, then when?
Come with Darlene Deegan from Mineralwells, Pastor Butch Paugh from Nettie, Leonard from California, Carl from Atlanta, Gene from Beckley, I, and others to support Thomas. He deserves it and those that he was helping and sacrificed for owe support.
Blessings, Phil
