Under and by Divine Authority, under and out of absolute necessity. Whereas, I, Thomas David House of Deegan, personally noticed the Pope, select administrators of his and all of the Almighty Author’s Creation in the Year of my Lord two thousand thirteen and fourteen of my claiming, accepting, acknowledging and continuing of full and unfettered control of my physical body, spirit and soul, as well as managing and disposing of my daily affairs by paper mailing and Creation-wide posting at public notice 420.blogspot.com .

These same noticed entities, real men and their agents, assigns, successors and principals are all at present in permanent default and dishonor in Law, at Law and otherwise. But as Christ did, and does, I am offering full forgiveness, settlement and closure to all of the aforementioned for the required, necessary, equitable and ecclesiastical relief, remedy, forgiveness, settlement and closure so prayed for below.

I have already raised numerous points and issues with the Pope’s agents and administrators, also known as purported governmental officials, employees, agents, etcetera of any and all local, “STATE OF”, State of, national and international purported governments, all to complete silence and the furthering of their self-confessed crimes and egregious violation of the Almighty Author’s Laws. Therefore, I, Thomas David House of Deegan, Administrator, General Executor, General Custodian, Heir of the Almighty Author of All, Equal Beneficiary of the Creation, do by These Presents, under full liability and complete transparency, pray for relief, remedy, settlement, closure and forgiveness so set forth below;

I, Thomas David House of Deegan, come to this metropolite, an agent for the Pope, the purported Global Estate trustee, who has claimed and utilized that capacity and status knowingly, willingly and intelligently by and through his own actions and statements, for the post settlement and closure of all purported accounts, escrows, contracts, agreements, “charges”, commercial dealings, etcetera, maintained and/or claimed by creatures of the mind, under the control and authority of the Roman Curia Law form, jurisdiction and venue, which created the same is liable for the harm caused to the Author’s Heirs.

Forgiveness and settlement is always granted to His Heirs when they acknowledge their actions, faults and dishonors and further accept Christ’s Sacrifice, and at that point All is forgiven. As such, the Pope, his agents and administrators, etcetera, are now required, by not only the Author, but trust law as well, to immediately effectuate the post settlement and closure of the aforementioned without limitation; to release Thomas David House of Deegan from the wrongfully presumed status and capacity of surety, trustee, acceptor and/or violations of the Author’s Laws, and those made by men in pursuance of, all to my detriment and irreparable injury; and further, to effectuate the immediate and unconditional release of Thomas David House of Deegan’s physical flesh and blood body from unlawful confinement, custody and control by entities under the Pope’s control and authority; and furthermore, to effectuate the immediate return of any and all properties of Thomas David House of Deegan stolen and sized by the alleged WV STATE POLICE unlawfully on the twenty-third and/or twenty-fourth day of September, in the Year of my Lord two-thousand fifteen; In exchange for the aforementioned I shall immediately and unconditionally offer full forgiveness to all parties who have been involved in any way, shape or form for any and all transgressions and injuries. A reasonable (48) forty-eight hours is granted for the aforementioned actions to be DONE.

Principles and Authorities

When the ordinary ceases, the extraordinary must be invoked. Expect from others the same treatment that they receive from you. Equity desires the spoiled, the deceived, the ruined, above all things to have restitution. What is just and right is the law of laws. The law never permits anything contrary to truth. Delays in law are odious. Deceit and fraud should always be remedied. Facts are more powerful that words. Justice is an excellent virtue, and pleasing to the Most High. The Law of God and law of the land are all one. Laws imposed by the State failing, we must act by the law of nature. Liberty is more favored than all things.

A maxim is so called because its dignity is chiefest, and its authority the most certain, and because it’s universally approved by all. Many things pertain not to human laws, but to divine jurisdiction. No one may be dragged from his own house. No man (worrying?) for God should be troubled by secular business. No one can do by another what he cannot do by himself. Nothing is so (consonant?) to natural equity, as that the same thing be dissolved by the same means by which it was bound. It matters not if a revocation is made by word or deed. There is no loss without a remedy.

All men are either free men or slaves. All things are to be presumed against a wrongdoer. Once a fraud always a fraud. He who does not prevent what he can prevent, is considered ad doing the thing. He who is silent appears to consent. Time cannot render valid and act void in its origin. What is mine cannot be taken away without my consent.

We must have recourse to what is extraordinary when the ordinary fails. When the ordinary remedy ceases to be of service, recourse must be had to an extraordinary one. Plain truths need not to be proved. The law served the vigilant, and not those who sleep. The voice of the People is the voice of God.
