 As if the cancelled hearing on 12/11 was not enough, eleven days later, purported judge, Judge Reed held a "closed hearing" on 12/22/15!  His secretary told me less than 12 hours earlier that there was no hearing scheduled!    Are we stupid enough to believe information we receive from Wood County purported government?  Who has the blinders on, Lady Justice, or us?  The corporate pirates would have you walk the plank!

I am going to put purported Judge Reed on notice that I, Phil Hudok, have an interest in this case and I expect to be notified at least one week prior to any and all hearings involving Thomas.  I am going to get this notice notarized and both fax and send a copy of the original to purported Judge Reed.  Do you expect government to be master and you a corporate fiction slave, or do you expect government to be servant and you a creation of God?  If the latter, you might want to contact purported Judge Reed by phone, fax, notarized letter, or better yet, all three!

Please note that I requested permission to video the January 26th hearing in the courtroom where purported Judge Reed was to preside.  His secretary informed me that my request had been denied and I was promised a letter of explanation as to why.  It is now 21 days later and I have received no letter. 

The video by WTAP was most hideous and unprofessional.  To add insult to injury, when I did some minimal tweeking to their substandard work and posted on YouTube, I was slapped by their "Washington Corporate Lawyer" with a copyright violation!  We deserve all the crap that we put up with and I'm not putting up with any crap whatsoever!  With absolutely no apologies!   Phil Hudok
